Be a Volunteer
MTMS could not undertake this most critical work without the support of our very special volunteers. Volunteers work alongside staff to serve as one-on-one tutors, to run after-school enrichment programs or support students with their reading goals. No prior experience is necessary, but your skills, insight and expertise will be put to good use, by helping our students learn and grow academically.
Become a Believer
Blues Believers give the gift of a transformative education, making an immediate impact in the lives of our students and walking with them throughout their educational journey. Blues Believers become an important part of the MTMS family. Because MTMS is nearly tuition-free, benefactors, foundations, and our community play an essential role in providing the educational opportunities and postgraduate support that MTMS students count on for a long and fulfilling educational journey, that sees them reach and succeed in higher education. Launched in the 2019-2020 academic year, Blues Believers help support the cost of a students’ education for their time at Mother Teresa Middle School (Grade 6, 7 and 8). Currently, we offer three levels of support and are excited to add more opportunities in the near future.

Become or Recommend a Community Partner
MTMS looks to outside groups and organizations in the community to help increase our impact through strategic partnerships and collaborations. Our community partners include businesses, schools, colleges and universities, community groups, civic organizations, and other networks that want to make a collective difference. Involvement takes many forms and can be customized to meet the needs of your organization.
